The BCS Professional Certificate in Agile Business Analysis is aimed at business analysts, project managers, business change managers, enterprise architects and professionals involved in business transformation.

This course provides clear insight into Agile values, principles and methodologies, equipping you with the tools and techniques needed to succeed in an Agile business analysis role.

Delivered by experienced Agile Business Analysis consultants, the course draws on real-world corporate knowledge and insights from Agile projects. You’ll apply Agile techniques in a business analysis scenario using a case study to explore their practical use.

The live BCS exam:

• is included as part of the course
• is 90 minutes, closed-book assessment with 40 multiple-choice questions, requiring a pass mark of 26/40, 65%
• can be taken on the final day of the course or deferred to when you feel ready
• is taken from your location
• results are available immediately

• Candidates whose natural language is not English are eligible for an extra 15 minutes

The BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis demonstrates a high level of proficiency and offers specialisations in the field of business analysis.

To attain the Advanced Diploma delegates must:

• Have 5 years’ business analysis experience
• Hold the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
• Hold 4 Professional level certificates in the People, Business and Analytical skills specialisms, see below
• Provide a written submission (£585 + VAT) with evidence demonstrating core and specialist skills and contribution to the BA profession
