This entry level qualification is for individuals who would like to have a better understanding of how organisations operate. Whilst gaining an understanding of key issues, such as culture, organisational principles and motivation, the course will help to frame why and what organisations do to be successful.

As well as obtaining the BCS Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour, students will gain valuable commercial and organisational knowledge to use within almost any business analysis role.

They will be able to identify and address key issues and concepts related to employee engagement, motivation, communication, leadership, performance and group dynamics at both business and project level.

On completion, students will feel confident to work effectively with diverse groups of people and will have acquired a clear understanding of the different variables and factors that can shape how and why businesses operate the way they do. They will also recognise the principles of financial reporting and will have expanded their knowledge around project finance.
