Why study this course?

Students will learn to identify, analyse and manage stakeholders who are involved in business change. They will learn key frameworks that demonstrate how to engage stakeholders, how to be assertive, communicate clearly, build rapport with stakeholders and understand group dynamics to get the most out of the team.

Students will benefit from learning how to negotiate and manage conflict using a number of approaches based on the business situation.

This certificate forms one element of the Peoples Skills modules of the BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis. Once you have completed the remaining three certificates to gain the Advanced Diploma and have 5 years’ experience in a BA role, you may want to validate your expertise by attaining the Expert BA Award.
