Students will learn to identify, analyse and manage stakeholders who are involved in business change. They will learn key frameworks that demonstrate how to engage stakeholders, how to be assertive, communicate clearly, build rapport with stakeholders and understand group dynamics to get the most out of the team.

Students will benefit from learning how to negotiate and manage conflict using a number of approaches based on the business situation.

Students will attain the BCS Professional Certificate in Stakeholder Engagement, a valuable certification in its own right and practical evidence for their CV.
