The BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes is designed for professionals who need to understand, analyse and improve business processes.
It is particularly relevant for Business Analysts, Process Analysts, Business Architects, Change Professionals, Project Managers and anyone responsible for improving efficiency, reducing waste or supporting business change.
As one of the core Practitioner modules within the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, this course develops practical modelling skills that help organisations understand how work is performed today and identify opportunities for improvement.
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

The BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes examination:
- Is included within the course price
- Consists of 40 multiple-choice questions
- Lasts 60 minutes
- Requires a pass mark of 65% (26/40)
- Can be taken on the final day of the course or deferred until later
- Is completed online from the delegate’s location
- Provides results immediately upon completion

The BCS Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes is recognised internationally and is valuable as both a standalone qualification and a key component of the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
If you’re working towards the Diploma, this is one of four required modules. You’ll also need to complete:
